Jess and I had the best day at Disneyland! It was so easy only having the two of us to worry about. We both got to do every single ride we wanted to do (except for cars... grr). Overall it was amazing! We ate at the BEST restaurant, saw some fireworks, and got free fast passes after we got screwed at cars land.

We ate dinner at the Blue Bayou inside the Pirates of the Caribbean ride. The menu didn't have a ton of options and everything was really expensive but we figured what the heck. Well, the food turned out to be AMAZING and worth every dollar. I highly recommend going!!
I know you can't really see this picture of us on Screamin California, but the craziest thing happened while we were on the ride. I almost threw up! What the heck??? What's wrong with me? I'm 24 and now roller coasters make me sick. no no no!
OMG.... mother freaking Cars Land. So here's what happened. We get in line, we're waiting, and then boom it breaks down, so we leave. Then we come back 5 hours later. We wait in line for a whole 2 hours. Then literally just before we get on the ride it breaks down for the second time! We don't want to lose our place in line so we decide to wait until it's fixed. 45 minutes later the cars start rolling and then boom! It breaks down again! The park was about to close for World of Color so we had to go back to Disneyland. We were sooo bummed we just lost 3 hours waiting in line for a broken ride. Well thanks to my negotiating skills we got 3 fast passes to any rides we wanted in Disneyland. By the time we got back over there the "light parade" was about to begin. Jess really wanted to see it but I wanted to go on rides so she sat by the castle and I went on Indie by myself. Well it turns out the "light parade" is just a firework show, not a parade. When I finally met up with her she was so bummed and over it. That's when we decided to go. It was fine though because we had already been there for 13 hours and had had an amazing day regardless of everything else.
I always leave Disneyland hating Walt Disney for taking all of my money and making my feet hurt. But after a little recovery time I'm always looking forward to our next Disneyland trip.
