For the past 30 days I've written down something that I am grateful for each day. There are days that are sillier than others.. some that are more serious.. but everyday of my life I am truly grateful for all of my blessings.
- I am thankful that my babe and I were able to celebrate Halloween a day late with a spooky movie and lots of candy.
- I'm thankful that my nightmares aren't real and that I can wake up more grateful for my actual life than the day before.
- I'm thankful for the gym, pool and hot tub in our complex so that I can workout in the morning then sit in the hot tub and relax my sore muscles.... and then get in the hot tub again later that night with Zack.
- I am SO thankful for my husband and everything that he does for me each and everyday. He cheers me up when I'm sad and makes me happier than anyone else can. He makes me laugh every single day... over and over and over. He is so good to my friends and family and treats them like they've always been his family. I'm thankful for his strong testimony and example that he has been to me since we first started dating. I'm thankful that we becoming stronger and fall more in love everyday. I'm thankful that he's seen me at my worst and not only does he still love me, he makes me feel so special and good about myself. He lifts me and makes me want to be better. He is so thoughtful, sweet, forgiving and honest. I'm thankful that I can tell him everything and trust him with anything. I am so grateful that our paths through life crossed many times so that we could fall in love and start our eternal family. I'm thankful for the incredible life he works so hard to give us. My eternal best friend. I don't know what I did to deserve this outstanding incredible guy I had been dreaming about my entire life. I am seriously one lucky girl.
- I am thankful that we are close enough to the ocean that we can walk from our house and enjoy it's beauty. I'm also thankful for the warm golden sun we had today so that we could walk for miles and miles and go to the surf shop and eat yummy ice cream on the wharf.
- I'm thankful for my knowledge and testimony of the gospel and the atonement. I am so grateful that through the atonement it is possible for us to return to our heavenly father again. I am so grateful to be a member of our church and that I am sealed to the love of my life, my best friend for time and all eternity. I am also thankful for my wonderful family (cousins, aunts/uncles, grandparents, ect..) My grandparents are true heros. They are the most selfless and giving people. They continually serve, volunteer and give to those in need. They are rockstars in the church. Every time I see them I feel their pure love for me and the spirit they always have with them. They still hold hands and sit next to each other smiling. I want, more than anything to be just like them when Zack and I grow old. They have so many grandchildren and make every single one of them feel special and loved and make it to every important event that comes up. I am so thankful they are in my life.
- I thankful to have Nikole as a best friend. She really knows how to make my day, without even knowing it. She has always been there for me no matter what and she always reminds me of my worth and makes me so happy. She lifts me up when I'm down. Our friendship is no coincident. She is like a sister, and I will literally need her in my life.. always.
- I am so thankful for my dad. He is my all time hero. He loves me unconditionally and has made me into the person I am today. He has made me strong and honest. He has literally saved my life, in more ways than one. I would be lost without him. Throughout my life he has given all that he has to give my sisters and I a good life, keeps me safe and helped me gain the strong testimony I have today. I am thankful for the great example he has always been to my sisters and I. I have so much respect for him. I hope that I can grow to be as much like the incredible person he is.
- I am thankful for my sisters Jamie and Jessica. We have been through the hardest of times together and through it we have grown closer, becoming strong people and best friends. If they could both come live with Zack and I I'd be all for it. I am grateful that we always have the time of our lives together no matter where we are. They make me laugh the hardest and bring out the best and worst in me haha. They are incredible people who I look up to and love unconditionally. I am continually striving to be more like them.
- I am thankful to have Susan in my life. I am grateful for the relationship that we have and everything that she has taught me. I'm grateful for the time that we get to spend together and for everything that she do to show me how much she cares about me.
- I'm thankful that it's the weekend so my love and I can literally rest and lay on the couch all day snugging and snacking while we watch E. I'm also thankful that he enjoys watching E as much as I do haha.
- I am so thankful for the amazing day that my babe gave to me. Mc-breakfast, hiking up to the Hollywood sign with me and taking me on the most incredible date night in Hollywood ever. It was amazing. "We're so cool" and we have the time of our lives together.
- I'm thankful for the opportunity we have every week to attend church are take the sacrament. I'm also thankful for comfort pig-out food we decided to eat and our 3 hour nap that made our headaches go away.
- I am so thankful for my incredible mother. She surprised me with a sweet letter and little surprise, as she is always doing. She always goes completely out of her way to show my sisters and I how much she loves us. She works so hard to help support my step dad and little brother. I'm thankful for how she is so grateful for anything and everything and can make me laugh until I cry. She is an incredible person. I always need her in my life.
- I'm thankful for the fun date night Zack and I had at the UCSB basketball game. It was a blast. We love going to sports games together.
- I'm thankful for my in-laws, Jim and Karen who make me feel so loved. I'm grateful for all of the memories we have made so far and look forward to the fun we will have in the future together.
- I'm thankful that Zack took me bodyboarding today. It was incredible being in the ocean and feeling it's power and the peacefulness it brings over you. I'm also grateful for my amazing hubs who comforts me, rubs my back and makes me laugh with his silly dances when I'm sad.
- I'm thankful for how hard my husband works. I love how motivated and driven he is. Such an attractive quality.I'm thankful for our clean house and out easy pizza and a blockbuster night.
- I'm thankful that we are driving back to Utah and that Zack always tells me awesome scripture stories while we drive. I love it.
- I am thankful for the thorns and roses in my life. Without them, I wouldn't be the person I am now. I am so grateful for Diana and Jayson and that they were able to come to Alpine and hangout with us today. They mean so much to me and I am so lucky to have them as my brother and sister. I'm thankful for how close we have become and that through the craziness that has been thrown at us during the years we were able to grow a lot together. I'm thankful for how loving they have always been to me through out my entire life. I am so lucky. I'm thankful to be an aunt to my sweet Colton and Khloe. They bring sunshine into my life. I would do anything for them. I love every minute I get to spend with them and to be able to see the complete joy they have for life. It makes me so happy. I'm thankful for the delicious meal that my dad and Susan cooked for us tonight and being the best company. I'm thankful for the silliness that my sisters and I share and the hilarious time Jess and I had while making our music videos tonight. I'm thankful that Nikole and Stephen make such a big effort to always come and spend time with us while we are in town and that we are able to hangout with them a lot before they go to Kaui. I'm thankful for bedtime at my family's house so that my love neen and I can have our alone time to snug and fall asleep together.
- I'm thankful that I got to see my sweet mom and little brother. They are so special to me and I love how excited they are whenever they get to spend time with us. They are some of the most loving and giving people I know when they don't have a lot. My little brother Cyrus is seriously incredible. He is so happy and strong and positive. I really look up to him. Not to mention he is like genius smart. I'm thankful for the amazing time I have with my mom and Cyrus, even if it is only for a couple of hours. I love that no matter how long it has been since we've seen each other everything is the same when we are together again. I'm thankful for all that they do for me. I'm so lucky.
- I'm thankful I was able to talk Jess into going to the tumbling gym with me, because it was so fun. I am so thankful to be blessed with as great of best friend as I have. Kate and I have been friends since 6th grade when our schools combined. She was my twin. We have so much in common, even down to the way we think. She has been an amazing friend to me constantly no matter what. She is so sweet to my sisters too and that makes me so happy. She is so strong and I admire that about her. Lauren and I have been friends since high school. She is so full of life and energy and I love being around her for that. She has been so good to me. She listens to me when I need someone and gives me the best advice. They both make me laugh so hard and I seriously feel like a million bucks when I'm with them because they make me so happy. Nikole has been with me since I was 6. We've been neighbors and the greatest of friends ever since. Chelsey is my other neighbor and I am so grateful that she moved in so that we could be friends and go on life changing adventures together. We have grown and matured together and I am so grateful for her friendship and all that she has done for me through out my life. I'm thankful that I met Chelsi in 6th grade and become great friends with her. We learned how to snowboard together and we got to have fun cheering together. I have always looked up to Chels, she is a rockstar at life. We've been through a lot of similar things in our life and it has brought us close. I have more friends that I love and adore and consider best friends too but these girls have been with me since the beginning. We have been through everything together and I'm grateful our friendships have lasted this long and I will always work towards them as long as I live. I'm thankful that my family are all my best friends too. Not everyone is fortunate enough to be as blessed with family members that they can be so close with, so I am truly thankful. I'm thankful that I could get together with my sweet friends tonight and have a fun Cabelas adventure.
- I'm thankful Ginger was able to do my hair this morning so that I could hangout with her and her adorable little boy Parker. It was so fun holding him and feeding him while I got my hair done. I'm thankful Zack and I were able to drive up to Park City and have a blast with Jill and Jordan. We love spending time with them, it is always a good time. I love their spunk and love for life. I'm thankful that Jill and I became friends on the slopes and got to experience a lot of adventures together over the last few years. I'm thankful for relaxing Barnes and Noble nights with Zack and Jess.
- I'm thankful we got to spend Thanksgiving with my family and all of Susan's side. I'm thankful for how loving and accepting they are with all of us. I'm thankful for the yummy food everyone worked so hard to cook and the incredible pie(s). I'm thankful that all of us could get together to watch a movie after dinner, even Jayson, Jamie and Chris came. I'm glad I finally got to experience some Black Friday shopping with Zack, Jess, Jayson, Chris and Jamie. It was crazy and I had a blast.
- I'm thankful that we got to do Black Friday shopping and get tons of our Christmas list checked off. I'm thankful that my dad took us three out to dinner so that we could enjoy some delish Mi Ranchito on our last night in town. I'm so happy we all got to put up our Christmas decorations together while listening to Christmas music. I'm very thankful that Chelsey and Perry came over because I don't get to see them a lot. It was so fun hanging out with everyone. I'm thankful for goofy time with Jess and Jamie. They complete me.
- I'm thankful we could make the drive back to Santa Barbara safely through all of the crazy holiday traffic. I'm grateful to be home and out of the car.
- I'm thankful that we got up and went to church even though we were exhausted. I'm glad we could relax all day and get caught up on sleep. It was a great recuperating day.
- I'm thankful for beautiful sunsets at the end of a sad day. Heavenly father really helps keep us in balance. I'm thankful for the tour Zack gave me of Summerland and the Mesa. It was awesome and gorgeous seeing it all at dusk.
- I am thankful that one of my amazing friend Nikole is engaged and happier than ever. I am so happy for her and Stephen. I'm thankful that Nikole ended up with such a great guy, because she deserves it 100%. I love seeing her this happy. I am also thrilled that Jamie found the love of her life and that they are getting sealed in the SLC Temple January 6th. I love when the people I love are happy, because that makes me so happy.
- I am eternally thankful again for my incredible husband and how happy he makes me on my saddest days. He does everything for me and makes me think to myself, "how did I get so lucky??". I'm thankful for our long walk on the beach tonight and the incredible sunset we got to share. I'm thankful for our deep love and the support he gives me with the things I need. I'm thankful that we got to pick out a perfect Christmas tree that is now making our home smell like Christmas. I'm thankful for our fun pizza and ufo/alien tv show night hahah. I am so thankful to be with the man of my dreams. The light in my life. My true love.
