tree hunt

We thought finding the perfect

Christmas tree would be

easy cheese.... 

well yeah, that part was

BUT....

fitting the tree into our CAR

was uhhhh, not happening.

Day one!

We began our journey

at Lane Farms

The cutest little tree farm

Mmmm the smell of pine.

Obsessed.

Zack wanted a small baby tree.

I wanted a tree that was at least

as tall as us....

Then we realized we couldn't

fit any of these trees into our car,

unless it was like 2 feet tall.

So it was sad, but we left

without a tree.

After we left Lane Farms we went

to Costco to check out the fake

pre-lit trees..... no bueno.

So we called it a night.

Day two!

We went to the tree farm

closest to our house.

 We bought an unwrapped tree,

stuffed it in our car

and took it home.

The tree turned out beautiful!

It was a little cricked on the

tree stand we had hammered on 

but it was nothing a few magazines

couldn't fix :)
